About the Bachelor of Physiotherapy Program
This course is designed to prepare students for rewarding career in healthcare. The program provides students with a comprehensive education in physiotherapy, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of various physical disabilities, injuries, and illnesses.
This is a fulltime program comprising of 4 Academic Years & 6 Months Compulsory Rotatory Internship. Course syllabus and academic regulations will be as per the recommendation of Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy (GSCPT). Sigma University will conduct all forms of required examinations and award degree certificates to the qualifying graduates. Upon receipt of degree certificate registration with Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy (GSCPT) is required to practice.
Career prospects
The National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) allows the practice of physiotherapy in academic, clinical, and research settings from level 6 to level 10.

Eligibility for Admission |
Candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) OR Equivalent examination with “B” or “AB” group, from duly constituted Board (GSEB, CBSE, NIOS, ISCE & ISB) located in Gujarat State. He /she must have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the concerned year. |

Visit www.sigmauniversity.ac.in or you may visit the Admission Office at Sigma University, Vadodara. or To secure admission for the Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Sigma University, Vadodara through the Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses (GPNAMEC), please follow the given process: Registration: Visit the official website of GPNAMEC (https://www.medadmgujarat.org/ga/home.aspx) and purchase an online pin from the admission website. You will be provided with login credentials. Log in to the portal and register yourself as a candidate. Fill in the required details accurately and submit the registration form. You shall have to verify your documents at approved help centers. Merit List & Choice Filling: GPNAMEC will release a merit list and a schedule for the Mock Round & First Round of admission. Fee Payment & Document Submission: Once the choice-filling period is over, GPNAMEC will announce seat allocation. Upon seat allotment, you need to pay the requisite admission fee as per the Fee Regulatory Committee (Medical) to confirm your seat. Follow the instructions provided by GPNAMEC for fee payment and complete the process within the specified time frame. Submit your original certificates at the approved help center and get a provisional admission order from GPNAMEC. It is important to note that the admission process may vary from year to year.
