Dr. Neelima Kamjula is a Professor and Dean, Faculty of Commerce & Management at Sigma University, with over 23 years of experience in higher education, academic leadership, and research. 

She is recognized for her contributions to teaching excellence, faculty mentoring, and institution-building through strategic academic initiatives. 

Her work integrates academic rigor with practical exposure, fostering innovation and promoting ethical, sustainable practices in management education while strengthening industry–academia collaboration.

Her expertise spans performance appraisal systems, organizational behavior, and management practices, with a specialization in Industrial Psychology and a research focus on Performance Management Systems (PMS) and human resource development. 

She also brings strong experience in research mentoring, NAAC and ISO quality frameworks, curriculum development, academic governance, student counselling, and faculty development, contributing to innovation-driven and globally aligned management education.
